Internet Harassment also known as Harassment by Computer is described
as the sending of unwanted e-mails which are perceived as abusive, threatening, obscene or obnoxious from one person to another.
It is different from regular harassment in that it involves the internet,
and computers and typically includes a range of crimes that would not be considered harassment if done in person alone.
Every state has a law against harassment, but only a handful have
added harassment via electronic communications to that law. Even fewer states have actual laws strictly against Internet Harassment
and Cyberstalking.
Join us today in the fight to get EVERY state passing a law against
Internet Harassment and Cyberstalking! Both of these offenses can be considered emotional and mental abuse and can cause intentional
grief, depression and fear on the victim. With your help we can stop these criminals in their tracks!
